Yes, you can travel in-state with medical marijuana that you or a designated caregiver purchased from a Bloomington dispensary. However, we can not recommend that you travel out of state with it in your possession, as crossing state lines with cannabis is a federal offense.
Minnesota medical cannabis patients may purchase quantities less than or equal to their 30-day supply limit as determined by their healthcare provider, but cannot exceed 450 grams of dried raw cannabis.
