Return Policy

For items purchased at a Green Goods Dispensaries, please refer to the state in which you purchased for specific return details.

Maryland

Green Goods may accept the return of cannabis products under the following, limited circumstances:

  • Defective Cannabis Products. Green Goods accepts returns for store credit or exchange only in the case of verified defective products. To be eligible for store credit or exchange, you must contact Green Goods at mdcustomercare@visitgreengoods.com within seven (7) days of the purchase date of the cannabis product and provide us with (i) a general description of the issue and (ii) photos or videos of the issue, then return the defective cannabis product to Green Goods within seven (7) days of the purchase date of the cannabis product. Defective cannabis products showing significant use may only be eligible for a partial store credit.
  • Unopened and Unused Cannabis Products. Cannabis products that are not deemed defective, have not been used, and are contained in the original, sealed packaging may be returned to Green Goods for safe disposal.
  •  Other. Cannabis products that are not deemed defective and have been opened may be returned to Green Goods for safe disposal.

Accessories that have not been used and are contained in the original, sealed packaging are eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of a verified purchase date.

Clothing may not be returned if worn, stained, or damaged in any way.
