For items purchased at a Green Goods Dispensaries, please refer to the state in which you purchased for specific return details.

 

Arizona

Unfortunately, for safety reasons and the nature of the medication dispensed, we are unable to return cannabis products.

We can exchange any 3rd party damaged or defective accesories for an exchange within 7 days.

Maryland

Unfortunately, for safety reasons and the nature of the medication dispensed, we are unable to return cannabis products.

Damaged or defective accessories may be eligible for a trade-in within 30 days of purchase.

New Mexico

Unfortunately, for safety reasons and the nature of the medication dispensed, we are unable to return cannabis products.

Damaged or defective accessories may be eligible for a trade-in within 7 days of purchase.

New York
If you are having a problem with your vaporizer cartridge, you must contact green goods within 72 hours to be eligible for an exchange. You must return the defective vaporizer cartridge within 7 days. The vaporizer must be defective at the time of initial usage and must be in original packaging. If the vaporizer cartridge has leaked, you must provide evidence of leakage, such as a picture or physical evidence. All exchanges must be for the same formulation/administration route only.
If there is a quality assurance issue with products, the same 72 hour time period applies. For issues such as side effects, we do not accept returns.

Unfortunately, for safety reasons and the nature of the medication dispensed, we are unable to return medication.

Although we are not able to return the medication, one of our specially trained pharmacists would be happy to discuss alternative dosing options if needed.
