At Green Goods, we want every medical patient and adult-use customer to feel confident shopping with us, and we want you to love what you take home. If a product didn’t meet your expectations or you’re not satisfied for any reason, we’ll make it right—no judgment and no hassle!

For items purchased at a Green Goods Dispensary, please refer to the state in which you purchased for specific return details. Our policy applies equally to both medical and adult-use purchases.

Maryland

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED:

• Any cannabis product – open or unopened, used or unused
• All accessories and apparel – no matter the reason
• No explanation needed – if it didn’t work for you, we’ve got you

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:

• Store credit based on the price at the time of purchase

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be enrolled in the Green Goods Loyalty Program
• Must have a verifiable purchase history (receipt, email, or Loyalty lookup)
• Anonymous purchases are not eligible for return without proof of
  purchase
• Limit of 3 returns in a rolling 6-month period

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Let us know you’d like to make a return
2. We’ll look up your profile and verify the purchase
3. You’ll receive store credit and a personalized recommendation (if you’d like one)

• Must have a verifiable purchase history (receipt, email, or Loyalty lookup)
• Anonymous purchases are not eligible for return without proof of purchase
